These Legal Terms apply to the services, products, and information offered by THE ENTITY through its website. 


The use of the services by the User implies acceptance of these terms, which will be available at the time of accessing the website. Therefore, it is advisable that the user carefully reads these General Terms and Conditions before continuing to access the website. 


LANGUAGE

The language used in this document and in any legal or informational document found on THE ENTITY's websites is Spanish. It is also available in Portuguese and English. If the user wishes to access any document in another language, they must request it from THE ENTITY at the following email address: hola@ipgdental.com, and a translation will be provided whenever possible.

USE AND RESPONSIBILITY

THE ENTITY’s websites and online services, as well as their application developments, provide access to a wide range of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter referred to as “the content”) on the Internet that belong to THE ENTITY, and which the USER may access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the websites and online services.

The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services that THE ENTITY offers through its website and, among other obligations, agrees not to use them to: (i) engage in unlawful, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, homophobic, or illegal pornographic nature, content that supports terrorism or violates human rights, or any other form of discrimination not permitted under our legislation; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of THE ENTITY, its suppliers, or third parties; introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where applicable, use other users’ email accounts and/or modify or manipulate their messages.

You agree to notify THE ENTITY immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach of which you are aware.

PRICE

The price shown on the screen next to the product will be expressed in Euros. THE ENTITY reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate at any time and without prior notice, including updating services and prices. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time the BUYER made the purchase..


The prices shown are excluding VAT for the products..


Training services are exempt from VAT.


TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

THE ENTITY's websites are configured with a system that, in certain sections, will display a warning window if the Customer does not correctly enter their data or leaves a required field incomplete, notifying the Customer of the possible error so that it can be corrected.

However, if any information has been entered incorrectly and cannot be corrected directly through the websites, the Customer may contact THE ENTITY by writing to the following email address: hola@ipgdental.com.

There is no guarantee that the functional aspects of the website will be error-free, or that the server making it available to the user is free of viruses or any other harmful components. THE ENTITY shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable damage, or any other harm caused to the user's information processing system, to the user, or to third parties, resulting from the use of the websites and their services.

HOW TO REGISTER

How to register at www.ipgdental.com 

If you want to register, click on the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of the website. 

Then, select the option “Don’t have an account?” and enter your details: first name, last name, email address, and a password. Don’t forget to agree to receive our news and promotions before completing your registration.

You’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account. Once it’s activated, we’ll send you another email with your login details as a reminder.

Always use these credentials to access your IPG Dental account.

HOW TO BUY

Please note that the prices in our Online Store are valid except in the case of typographical errors.

Some items, due to the manufacturer’s conditions or specific characteristics, must be ordered on request. In these cases, such items cannot be returned under any circumstances, especially microscopes and dental loupes, due to their value and customisation. Additionally, a deposit will always be required before placing the order with the manufacturer to ensure the item is non-returnable.

Checkout as a guest

Making a purchase without registering on our website is very easy. Just select the products you want, add them to the cart, review your order, and click on “Pay now.”

Next, a window will open asking for your details. If you prefer not to create an account, you'll find the option “Continue as guest” just below the “Email” and “Password” fields. Click there, enter your billing information, press “Next,” and choose your payment method.

Checkout as a registered user

Register on the online store at www.ipgdental.com it has many benefits, such as access to product pre-sales, news, and exclusive offers. To do so, you need to enter your details to log into your account.

Once logged in, follow these steps:

  1. Select a product by browsing through our different categories (endodontics, magnification, and aesthetic dentistry), as well as the product families and subcategories in the IPG Dental online store. You can also use the search icon to quickly find a product by its name, brand, or reference number.
  2. Click on the image of the product you're interested in to access its product page, where you'll find all the information: full name, reference number, manufacturer, detailed description, and product photos.
  3. If the product page contains more than one image, you can click on any thumbnail to enlarge the photo.
  4. If you’re interested in purchasing the product, simply click the “Add to Cart” button.
  5. Next, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  6. To proceed with your order, click on the cart icon located at the top of the IPG Dental website. Once inside your cart, review all the products you’ve added:
  7. If you’ve added a product by mistake, click on the trash bin icon.
  8. If you wish to keep adding products to your cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button.
  9. If you want to complete your order, click the “Checkout” button.
  10. Select your preferred payment method and follow the steps.
  11. Confirm the order.
  12. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed.

If you already have an account on the IPG Dental website, we recommend logging in before starting your order so that the items in your cart are saved in case you don’t complete the purchase. This way, you can resume your order whenever you like.

PAYMENT METHODS

IPG Dental offers the following payment methods:

Debit or Credit Card

At IPG Dental, online shopping security is a top priority. All transactions are carried out through secure payment systems, and confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the payment provider.

At the end of your purchase, you will be securely redirected to the bank’s virtual payment gateway, where you can enter your card details to complete the transaction.

For payments with Visa and MasterCard, only Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC) transactions will be accepted. The system will verify whether the card is enrolled in SEC, and once confirmed by the issuing bank, the purchase will be authorized and the charge will be made to the card. Otherwise, the order may be canceled.

In the case of debit card payments, the charge will be made in real time.

Bank Transfer

At the end of your purchase, you will see the bank account number where the payment should be made on the same page. Additionally, we will also contact you via email to provide you with the account number where you should make the transfer for the specified amount. Once the transfer is completed, we will process your order.

Direct Debit*

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order along with the attached SEPA document. This document must be completed, signed, and stamped, and then returned via email to: pedidos@ipgdental.comin the case of recurring payments, the SEPA document will only be requested once.

* Any fees incurred from returned direct debits will be the responsibility of the customer.

The bank transfer will be made to the provided account number 15 days after the invoice date, and always on the 15th or 30th of the month, as applicable.

Bizum 

To make your shopping experience easier, our online store allows you to make quick and secure payments via Bizum. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Select Bizum as your payment method: When completing your order, go to the payment methods section and choose the “Bizum” option.
  2. Enter your phone number linked to Bizum: You’ll need to provide the mobile number associated with your Bizum account.
  3. Authorize the payment: You’ll receive a notification or need to access your banking app to confirm the transaction. In some cases, you may be required to enter your Bizum code if your bank uses one.
  4. Order confirmation: Once the payment is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. The order will be processed immediately.

Important: Make sure Bizum is activated with your bank before making a purchase. If the payment is not completed within the indicated time frame, the order will not be processed.

IPG Dental reserves the right to hold any order for security reasons, in which case the affected customer will be informed. It also reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipping and billing information cannot be verified. Additionally, IPG Dental reserves the right to cancel or refund an order if the platform used to apply discounts and promotions experiences any issue or error in their calculation, ensuring integrity and transparency in all transactions.

SHIPPING COSTS

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

Shipping costs for orders to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands over €100 (excluding VAT) are free of charge. 

For orders under €100 (excluding VAT), IPG Dental charges €6.90 (excluding VAT) for shipping costs, regardless of the number of items.

Canary Island

Shipping costs for orders to the Canary Islands over €300 + VAT are free. Customs fees and local taxes are not included and must be covered by the customer..

For orders under €300 + VAT, IPG Dental charges a shipping fee of €34.90 + VAT, regardless of the number of items. Customs fees and local taxes are not included and must be covered by the customer.

Europe

Shipping costs for orders to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) over €150 (excluding VAT) are free of charge.

For orders under €150 (excluding VAT), IPG Dental charges €19.90 (excluding VAT) for shipping costs, regardless of the number of items.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your order payment is completed, you will receive an email detailing your purchase.

From your account created on www.ipgdental.com ou will be able to track your order from your account. To do so, click on the sign up button that appears at the top right of the IPG Dental website, enter the required details (email and password), and accept our privacy policy.

Next, click on the "Log In" button.

To check the status of your order, go to the "View All My Products" section, where you will find the order status as well as the total amount. If you wish to see a detailed summary of your order, click on "More Info."

Once your order has been processed in the warehouse, you will receive an email from the selected shipping company informing you that your order has been dispatched and providing the estimated delivery date.

ATTENTION!! 

IPG Dental is intended exclusively for practicing dental professionals. It does not sell to private individuals. Therefore, IPG Dental reserves the right to charge any costs related to the processing and refund of orders placed by non-professionals.

IPG ACADEMY

How to register for a course

To register for a course on www.ipgdental.com, you must fill out the "Participants" form, which requests the details of the individuals who will attend the course, meaning the ones for whom an "entry" is purchased. There can be multiple participants per company.

Once the participants are registered, you must follow these steps:

If the person or company purchasing the tickets is already registered on the website, they should log in first. Otherwise, they must fill out the "Your address" form with the billing details of the person or company purchasing the tickets.

Next, you can continue purchasing or proceed with the ticket purchase for the training.

To proceed with your purchase, click on the cart icon that appears at the top of the IPG Dental website. Once inside your cart, review all the courses you have added:

  • If you have added a course by mistake, click on the "remove" button.
  • If you wish to continue adding courses to the cart, click on the "continue shopping" button.
  • If you want to proceed with your order, click on the "checkout" button.
  • Select your usual payment method and follow the steps.
  • Confirm the order.

You will receive an email confirming the processing of your ticket purchase.

If you already have an account created on the IPG Dental website, we recommend logging in before starting the ticket purchase. This way, the courses in your cart will be saved in case you don’t complete the purchase, allowing you to resume the order where you left off whenever you want. 

Payment Methods

IPG Dental offers the following payment methods for purchasing training tickets:

1. Bank transfer payments: Once you complete your purchase, we will contact you via email or phone to provide you with the account number for the payment of the established amount. Once the transfer is made, we will process your order. Your spot in the course will be reserved for 48 hours. If we do not receive the payment receipt within that period, the spot will be made available again. Depending on the bank and the time of the transfer, it may take some time for the payment to be received

2. Direct debit (*). After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order, and shortly thereafter, a member of the IPG Dental team will contact you to finalize the ticket purchase, as we need you to send us the SEPA document that we will provide if you are a new customer. The bank transfer will be charged to the provided account 15 days from the invoice date. For registered customers, there will be no issues. However, for new customers who select direct debit as the payment method, we will follow the same policy as with bank transfers. There is a 24-hour reservation period. If we do not receive the correctly completed SEPA document within that period, the spot will not be reserved.

4. Debit or credit card: For IPG Dental, online purchase security is very important. All transactions are processed through secure payment systems, and the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the payment entity.

Once you complete your purchase, you will be redirected directly to the bank's secure virtual payment gateway to enter your card details and finalize the purchase

For payments with Visa and MasterCard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. To do this, it will be verified that the card is enrolled in the CES system, and once verified by the service provider bank, the purchase will be authorized and the charge will be made to the card. Otherwise, the order may be canceled..

In the case of debit card payments, the charge will be made in real-time.

* The costs incurred by returned payments will be borne by the customer.

IPG Dental reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons, in which case the affected customer will be informed. It also reserves the right to cancel an order if it deems the billing information unverifiable. Additionally, IPG Dental reserves the right to cancel or refund an order if the platform used to apply discounts and promotions encounters any issues or errors in the calculation, thereby ensuring integrity and transparency in all transactions.

Tracking My Order (Ticket Purchase)

Once your order payment is completed, you will receive an email detailing your purchase.

From your account created on www.ipgdental.com, you will have access to track your order. To do so, click on the "Log In" button at the top right of the IPG Dental website, enter the required details (email + password), and accept our privacy policy.

Next, click on the "Log In" button.

To check the status of your order, go to the "View All My Products" section, where you will find the order status as well as the total amount. If you wish to see the detailed summary of your order, click on "More Info."

Changes

If, at the time you receive the confirmation of your ticket purchase, you notice any issues, please send us an email at formacion@ipgdentalacademy.com explaining what happened, and we will contact you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Course Cancellation Notification

If the user enrolled in a course does not meet the payment method conditions established, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel their participation in the course. Non-compliance may include, among others, unpaid payments, transaction rejections, or unjustified cancellations. In such cases, the user will be notified in advance via email to resolve the situation within a reasonable timeframe. If the issue is not resolved within this timeframe, the enrollment will be canceled, and access to the course content will be blocked, with no right to a refund for the unused time.

Course Refunds 

If a spot for a course has been paid for and the student wishes to cancel their enrollment:

  • Option 1: If you cancel 10 days before the course, you will receive a full refund.
  • Option 2: If you cancel less than 10 days before the course starts, you will have the option to use the amount paid as credit in our E-Commerce with a voucher.
  • Option 3: If you cancel 5 days or less before the course starts, we do not offer a refund.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gijón (Asturias) to resolve any conflict or issue arising or related to this agreement.
