RETURNS / EXCHANGES
The main interest of IPG Dental is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, all of our products meet the highest standards of quality control and are inspected before being shipped.
However, if upon receiving your order you notice any issues, please send us an email at customer@ipgdental.com telling us what happened, and we will get in touch with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
MAINLAND AND BALEARIC ISLANDS
Navigation and shopping through www.ipgdental.com is very straightforward, and the products are clearly differentiated.
In the case of a return, you should know that:
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- IPG Dental will not accept shipments with payment on delivery or cash on delivery, nor will it cover shipping or return costs.
- Items purchased in the same kit must be returned together. Returns of individual pieces are not accepted.
Even so, if after receiving the order you wish to return it, you must first send us an email at customer@ipgdental.com informing us of the reason for the return, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. We will respond as soon as possible with the procedure for the return.
The product or products must be in perfect condition (unused), retaining their original tags and seals. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, its condition will be inspected, and we will proceed with the refund of the amount and the application of any applicable handling fees.
Some items, due to the characteristics or conditions of the manufacturer, must be ordered. In these cases, such items cannot be returned under any circumstances, especially dental microscopes, due to their value and customization. Additionally, a deposit will always be required before placing the order with the manufacturer to ensure no returns.
Plazos de entrega
Los plazos de entrega son orientativos y distintos en función del lugar de destino.
IPG Dental se compromete a realizar el envío a la dirección indicada siempre que pertenezca a las zonas en las que vendemos online.
Es muy importante que en el momento de la compra nos indiques la información completa de la dirección de envío y de la persona que recogerá el pedido. Es obligatorio comunicar un teléfono de contacto para garantizar la correcta entrega. No se aceptan envíos a apartados de correos.
El plazo de entrega habitual en Península e Islas Baleares es de 24/48 horas laborables a partir de la gestión del pedido. No obstante, el plazo puede alargarse a 72 horas en zonas alejadas de núcleos urbanos.
En el caso de que alguno de los productos de su pedido no esté disponible nos pondremos en contacto a la mayor brevedad posible para informarte y acordar la gestión del envío. En el caso de que se realicen varios envíos de artículos correspondientes a un mismo pedido por falta temporal de stock, los gastos de envío solo se cobrarán una vez (siempre y cuando no se alcance el importe mínimo establecido del total de su pedido).
Para otras zonas (Islas Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla o países pertenecientes a la Comunidad Económica Europea (CEE) el tiempo de entrega es diferente. Para conocer los plazos de entrega de dichas zonas, escríbenos un correo electrónico a pedidos@ipgdental.com
Course Cancellation Policy Clause – IPG Academy
The participant may cancel their registration for any IPG Academy course by notifying us at least one (1) week before the course begins. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
If the cancellation is made less than one week before the course starts, the amount will not be refunded, but the participant may choose to apply it to future orders or courses, as long as they are used within one (1) year from the date of cancellation.
To process a cancellation, the participant must contact the IPG Academy team at formacion@ipgdentalacademy.com
GUARANTEES
All products that are required to offer a warranty have one starting from the invoice date, according to current regulations. This warranty becomes void in case of improper use, maintenance of the product, or use of non-original accessories by the customer.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Gijón (Asturias) to resolve any dispute or issue arising from or related to this agreement.
