On May 15th and 16th, the city of Porto will become a meeting point for dental professionals with the celebration of the 1st Iberian Symposium on Aesthetics and Oral Rehabilitation, an event that will bring together experts from the sector around these two specialties.
This meeting has been organized by the Sociedad Española de Prótesis Estomatológica y Estética (SEPES) and by the Ordem dos Médicos Dentistas de PortugalIt was created with the aim of sharing knowledge, trends, and advanced clinical techniques, seeking to establish itself as a key event for dentists looking to update their skills and connect with other professionals from Portugal and Spain through scientific lectures and hands-on sessions.
In this context, IPG Dental will actively participate in the symposium, reaffirming its commitment to continuous education and innovation in the dental sector.
An event focused on Aesthetics and Oral Rehabilitation
The I Simposio Ibérico will offer a high-level scientific program, with lectures delivered by renowned professionals and practical sessions oriented toward real clinical application.
During the two-day event, attendees will be able to deepen their knowledge of current restorative techniques, dental aesthetics, and rehabilitation, as well as discover new solutions and materials that are shaping the future of modern dentistry.

IPG Dental’s participation in this symposium not only reinforces its positioning within the sector but also highlights its commitment to supporting professionals in their clinical development.
IPG Dental is a sponsor of the event, contributing the expertise of Dr. Ricardo Recena, who will play a prominent role within the scientific program.
In addition, on May 15th and 16th, there will be a commercial area where attendees can visit and learn first-hand about our solutions in dental aesthetics and magnification.
Kiyomi: excellence made simple
One of the featured brands will be Kiyomi Dental, whose proposal goes beyond the product to build a true narrative around dental aesthetics.
Kiyomi is characterized by a carefully crafted approach to every detail, combining innovation and aesthetic sensitivity to offer solutions designed for high-demand restorative dentistry. Its portfolio is designed to optimize clinical workflow and enhance natural results, aligned with today’s patient expectations.
During the symposium, it will be an excellent opportunity to closely discover its main solutions in composites, adhesives, and cements, as well as to understand the differential value they bring to restorative treatments.
Víttrea: innovation in magnification and ergonomics
Víttrea will focus its presence on one of its latest innovations: the new Ergo V loupes.

During the 1st Iberian Symposium on Aesthetics and Oral Rehabilitation, attendees will be able to discover all the latest developments from Víttrea and experience the power of magnification with a brand that is already a leader in Spain and Portugal.
Registrations open for Dr. Recena’s posterior stratification course
One of the highlights of the symposium will undoubtedly be the participation of Dr. Ricardo Recena, who will deliver a lecture and a theoretical-practical course focused on posterior stratification.
This hands-on session will take place on Saturday, May 16th, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., and is designed to provide dentists with a clear, up-to-date, and clinically applicable approach to posterior restorations.
The goal is to offer an applied training experience in which attendees can work directly on key techniques to improve their restorations, deepening their understanding of diagnostic criteria, material selection, and step-by-step protocols in direct and indirect composite restorations.
Seats are limited, and registration is already open. It is essential to register via the official website of the Iberian Symposium, accessing the hands-on course: Estratificación en posteriores ¿directa o indirecta?
