Excellence Made Easy: Posteriores (copia)
In daily practice, every posterior restoration is a balance between precision, function, and aesthetics. It’s not just about rebuilding a tooth, but about restoring its anatomy, strength, and role within the occlusion. And that’s where this course begins.
Led by Dr. Ricardo Recena (@drrecena), specialist in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, you will take part in a course designed to transform the way you approach posterior restorations. Throughout the day, you will not only review the fundamentals, but also apply them directly in practice, with a clear goal: to improve your clinical outcomes from the very first moment.
From the very beginning, you will engage in a guided hands-on session focused on posterior composite restorations, where every step has a clear purpose. You will learn how to place the rubber dam predictably, even in complex cases, by correctly selecting clamps and mastering moisture control to achieve an optimal operating field. Because seeing better means working better.
From there, you will move into the core of the treatment: current adhesive protocols and conservative cavity preparations in Class I and II, always preserving the dental structure as much as possible. You will discover how to manage matrices and wedges to achieve reliable and natural contact points, and how composite layering can make the difference between a good restoration and an excellent one.
Modeling takes on a leading role: cusps, ridges, and occlusal anatomy will no longer be a challenge, but a controlled, logical, and reproducible process.
In the second part of the course, the focus shifts to the clinical handling of composite Aster+ by Kiyomi Dental. ou will understand its real behavior in clinical practice: how to handle it, sculpt it, and adapt it during modeling to get the most out of the material. In addition, you will work on occlusal adjustment, finishing, and polishing to achieve functional, long-lasting restorations with a natural shine.
All of this is complemented by clinical tips that you can apply from the very next day in your practice, designed to improve your efficiency without compromising quality.
An intensive, hands-on training limited to 20 participants, where every detail is designed to ensure you leave with greater control, confidence, and clinical judgment.
📅 Saturday, May 30
🕒 From 10:00h to 18:30h
