How to register

IMPORTANT!

IPG Dental is exclusively for use by professional dentists-stomatologists in order to perform their jobs. It is not for the use of individuals. Therefore, IPG Dental reserves the right to revert any expenses derived from handling and refunds to individuals who place orders.

The first step to place an order is to register at www.ipgdental.com

To do this, click on the “register” button that appears at the top of the IPG Dental website and enter the required data.

Next, click the “create an account” button.

Once this step is done, you will have to fill in the fields with your name, surnames, email address, a password of at least 5 characters and your date of birth. Before validating, remember to accept that you would like to receive our news and special offers.

You will then receive an email containing a link that you must click to activate your account. After activation, you will receive another email with your user access data for your records.

Always use these data to access your IPG Dental account.

How to buy

We would like to remind you that the prices in our online shop are valid except for the case of typographical errors, and that our offers are updated every three months and are not cumulative with each other, unless otherwise indicated.

Some articles, due to their characteristics or manufacturer’s conditions, must be made to order. In these cases, said articles cannot be returned under any exception; especially microscopes and dental loupes, due to their value and customisation. In addition, a deposit will always be required before ordering from the factory to ensure they will not be returned.

How to order

To place an order in the online shop at www.ipgdental.com you must first register and enter your data to access your account. If you haven't registered, see how to register.

Once you enter the online shop, follow these steps:

  1. Choose a product by browsing the different divisions (endodontics, magnification and aesthetic dentistry), families and sub-families of IPG Dental’s online shop. Also, using the magnifying glass field you can do a quick search for a product by name, brand or reference number.
  2. Click on the image of the product you are interested in to access more information: full name, reference number, manufacturer, detailed information and photos of the product.
  3. If the product information contains more than one image, you can click on any thumbnail to enlarge the photo.
  4. If you are interested in buying the product, you just have to click on the button “add to cart”.
  5. You can then continue shopping or place your order.
  6. To process your order, click on the cart icon that appears at the top of the IPG Dental website. Once inside your cart, review all the products you have included:
    • If you have added a product by mistake, click on the delete button.
    • If you want to continue adding products to the cart, click on the continue shopping button.
    • If you want to place your order, click on the checkout button.
  7. Select your preferred payment method and follow the steps.
  8. Confirm the order.
  9. You will receive an email confirming your order information.

If you already have an account created on the IPG Dental website, we recommend that you access it before starting the order so that the products in your cart are saved if you do not complete the purchase; this way you can pick up the order where you left off whenever you want.

Payment methods

IPG Dental offers you the following payment methods:

Debit or credit card

For IPG Dental, online shopping security is very important. All transactions are carried out through secure payment systems and the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the entity.

At the end of your purchase, you will be redirected directly to the bank's virtual payment gateway in a totally secure way so that you can enter your card details to complete the purchase.

For payment with Visa and MasterCard, only Secure Electronic Transactions (SET) will be accepted. It will be verified that the card is adhered to the SET system and, once verified by the bank providing the service, the purchase will be authorised and the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order may be cancelled.

In the case of payment with debit cards, the charge will be made in real time.

Bank Transfer

At the end of your purchase, we will contact you via email or phone to provide you with the account number to deposit the established amount. Once the transfer has been made, we will process your order.

Direct debit*

At the end of your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and, in a short period of time, someone from the IPG Dental team will contact you to finalise the purchase.

The wire transfer will be charged to the account number provided 15 days after the invoice date.

* Any expenses incurred if the wire transfer is returned will be borne by the customer.

IPG Dental reserves the right to place any order on hold for security reasons, in which case the affected customer will be informed. It also reserves the right to cancel an order if it believes that the shipping and billing information is not verifiable. Furthermore, IPG Dental reserves the right to cancel or refund an order in the event that the platform used to apply discounts and promotions experiences any issues or failures in their calculation, thus ensuring integrity and transparency in all transactions.

Shipping costs

Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands

Shipping costs for orders to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands over €100 + VAT are free.

For orders less than €100 + VAT, IPG Dental charges €6.90 + VAT for shipping costs, regardless of the number of items.

Canary Islands

Shipping costs for orders to the Canary Islands over €300 + VAT are free. Local taxes not included.

For orders less than €300 + VAT, IPG Dental charges €34.90 + VAT for shipping costs, regardless of the number of items. Local taxes not included.

Europe

Shipping costs for orders to countries belonging to the European Economic Community (EEC) over €150 + VAT are free.

For orders less than €150 + VAT, IPG Dental charges €19.90 + VAT for shipping costs, regardless of the number of items.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimations and can differ depending on the destination.

IPG Dental commits to shipping to any address as long as it belongs to the areas where it sells online.

It is very important that at the time of purchase you indicate the complete information of the shipping address and the person who will receive the order. Including a contact telephone number is required in order to guarantee correct delivery. Shipments to PO Boxes are not accepted.

The usual delivery time within Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands is 24/48 working hours from the time the order is processed. However, it can take up to 72 hours to reach areas far from urban centres.

In the event that one of the products of your order is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and agree on shipment arrangements. In the event that several shipments of items corresponding to the same order are made due to a temporary lack of stock, the shipping costs will only be charged once (as long as the minimum amount established for the total of your order is not reached).

For other areas (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or countries belonging to the EEC), delivery times differ. To find out the delivery times for these areas, write us an email to hola@ipdental.com

Order Tracking

Once the payment of your order is made, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase.

From your account created at www.ipgdental.com you can access the tracking of your order. To do this, click on the Login button that appears at the top right of the IPG Dental website and enter the required data, email + password, and accept our privacy policy.

Next, click the "Login" button.

To check the status of your order, you must go to the “see all my products” section, where you will find the order status, as well as the total amount. If you want to see more order details, click on “more info”.

Exchanges

IPG Dental's top priority is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. For this reason, all our products meet the highest levels of quality control and are checked again before being shipped.

However, if you notice any incident with your order at the time you receive it, send us an email to pedidos@ipgdental.com explaining what happened and we will contact you to solve the problem in the shortest time possible.

Returns

Browsing and purchasing on www.ipgdental.com is very simple and the products are clearly distinguished.

For possible returns, please keep in mind:

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them.
  • Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • IPG Dental will not accept postage due or cash on delivery shipments, nor will IPG Dental pay shipping or return costs.
  • Items purchased in the same kit must be returned together. Returns of individual parts will not be accepted.

With these conditions in mind, if you would like to return an item from your order, you must first send us an email to pedidos@ipgdental.com informing us of the reason for the return, always within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. We will answer you as soon as possible explaining the return process.

The product or products must be in perfect condition (unused), with their original labels and seals. Once the returned item is received in our warehouse, it will be checked and we will proceed to return the purchase price, minus processing fees if applicable.

Warranty

All products required to offer a warranty will have it from the date of invoice, according to current regulations. This warranty loses its validity in case of misuse, product maintenance or if the customer uses it with non-original accessories.

Conflict Resolution: Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Conflict Resolution

These general conditions are ruled by Spanish Law. The parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Gijon (Asturias) to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise from or are related to this agreement.

Resolution of online disputes in consumer matters in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 527/2013: the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform that is available at the following link: https://ec. europa.eu/consumers/odr
