The course “Modern Endodontics: New Techniques and New Protocols for a More Effective and Successful Treatment” will take place on November 21 and 22 in Oviedo. Organized by IPG Academy, in collaboration with the Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Odontólogos y Estomatólogos de Asturias, this program aims to update and enhance your endodontic skills.
Doctors José Aranguren and Adolfo Pipa, both exclusive endodontists, will lead the course, covering topics such as the importance of accurate diagnosis, modern instrumentation, disinfection techniques, and bioceramic hydraulic obturation, among others.
There will also be a hands-on workshop on instrumentation with BlueShaper PRO® and 3D obturation.
Dr. José Aranguren – Exclusive Endodontist
- An exclusive endodontist, Dr. Aranguren earned his Degree in Dentistry from the European University of Madrid and is currently Director of the Master’s Program in Advanced Endodontics at the Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid), as well as a faculty member at the International Dental Institute in Palm Beach, Florida.
- He has lectured in courses and conferences both nationally and internationally (Argentina, Portugal, the USA, Colombia, Austria, Switzerland, and Brazil, among others), and has published over 40 articles.
- He received the Best Clinical Case Award at the National Endodontic Congress (2006) and is co-author of the book Microdentistry: A Practical Guide (2014).
- Dr. Aranguren currently serves as President of the Spanish Society of Endodontics (AEDE).
Dr. Adolfo Pipa – Exclusive Endodontist
- Dr. Pipa holds a Degree in Dentistry from the University of Oviedo and a Master’s in Endodontics from the European University of Madrid.
- He is a professor at Endoformación (modular course in León), a full member of AEDE, and maintains an exclusive clinical practice in endodontics.
- He also serves as an Honorary Collaborator at the University of Oviedo.
