Excellence Made Easy: Posteriores
Not all posterior restorations are approached the same way. And not all clinical decisions are made with the same level of judgment.
On October 21, Dr. Ricardo Recena (@drrecena) invites you to experience a real immersion into his way of working: a dentistry approach based on control, predictability, and attention to detail at every step.
During this course, it’s not just about learning techniques, but about understanding the clinical reasoning behind each one. From isolation to final polishing, you will discover how to create functional and aesthetic posterior restorations, working with the Kiyomi Dental range, designed to simplify protocols without compromising high-level results.
📍Limited seats: 20 participants
🗓 Saturday, October 21
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
A hands-on training designed for your everyday clinical practice
The course begins with mastering the operative field. You will learn how to place the rubber dam predictably in posterior sectors, select the appropriate clamps, and manage complex clinical situations while ensuring optimal moisture control and clear visibility at all times.
From there, you will move into the core of the restoration: applying current adhesive protocols with clinical judgment, performing conservative cavity preparations in Class I and II, and working with matrices and wedges to achieve reliable contact points. All of this with a clear focus on composite layering and building an occlusal anatomy that truly functions in the mouth.
In the second part of the course, the focus will be on the Aster+ composite from Kiyomi Dental. You will understand how the material behaves, how to handle it efficiently, and how to sculpt it with precision to achieve predictable results.
The course concludes with occlusal adjustment, finishing and polishing protocols, and a series of clinical tips designed to optimize your workflow and improve results in your daily practice.
Because improving in clinical practice isn’t about doing more…
es trabajar con mayor control, mejor criterio y confianza en cada paso.
