Neoniti files by Neolix have been manufactured using an innovative process known as Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), making them more flexible and resistant to breakage. They are perfect for S-shaped or J-shaped canals.
Generally, NiTi files are flexible, but their surface is hard and naturally rough. However, thanks to the EDM manufacturing technique and their non-homothetic rectangular cross-section, Neoniti files by Neolix have superior cutting flutes. The end result is a file with an abrasive surface, progressive flexibility, unparalleled cutting efficiency, and fatigue resistance.
The EDM manufacturing process involves sparks produced by high-energy, high-frequency electrical discharges between the workpiece and an electrode. This leads to melting and evaporating the material from the workpiece, resulting in the finished product with the desired geometry. As a result of the EDM process, Neoniti files have progressive flexibility, cutting edges, and an abrasive surface.

Protocol for using Neoniti files:
Prepare access to the cavity.
Establish working length with K-files size 8, 10, or 15.
Use Neoniti C1 file to remove debris from the coronal third with circular movements.
Use Neoniti A1 file to shape the middle and apical third with 3 or 4 circular movements.
Confirm working length again with a K-file.
Use Neoniti A1 file again with short and gentle up-and-down movements.
Usage recommendations:
Continuous rotation.
Speed 300-500 rpm.
Torque limit 1.5 Ncm.
Clean the file frequently.
