The TriAuto ZX2 engine by Morita is a compact and wireless engine with an integrated apex locator. The professional can enjoy both functionalities in a single handpiece with simple and intuitive handling. Automatic functions ensure consistently precise and safe results:
Optimum Glide Path (OGP): Simplifies the creation of a permeability path, allowing the use of steel or NiTi files in small gauges, even for treating curved or narrow canals.
Optimum Torque Reverse (OTR): Modifies the direction of file rotation when a predetermined torque is reached. The file then reverses 90° and returns to the cutting direction. If the endodontist continues loading the file, this process repeats after another 180° turn. Without loading, it continues cutting continuously.
Optimum Apical Stop (OAS): When TriAuto ZX2 is used as an apex locator, the automatic stop function is activated so that, upon reaching the end of the working length, the motor stops or changes the direction of rotation.
The engine features an adaptable LCD screen for left-handed individuals. Depending on the need, the user can rotate the screen to keep it visible on the handpiece. This way, they always know the file's position in the canal and can see all parameters.
All treatment functions and parts are included in a single wireless unit that is exceptionally lightweight (weighs only 140 g) and rests in the professional's hand with a balanced weight distribution.
The integrated apex locator offers reliable measurements regardless of the rinsing liquids used in the root canal. The color screen displays the distance from the file to the apex. It also features audible alert signals.
The fact that all preparation steps are performed mechanically allows the dentist to save a lot of time.
There are 8 pre-set programs available, where all relevant parameters can be selected. The speed can also be adjusted according to treatment needs between 100 and 1000 rpm.
With the small instrument head of the Tri Auto ZX2, the user always has optimal visibility of the sector to be prepared. The internal electrode of the file also helps optimize visibility and enables a longer working length.
